As Regional Business Line Manager, you will drive strategic growth for our DEPA® and ELRO® product lines, ensuring strong market positioning and supporting global initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape regional strategy, lead new product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Implement annual strategic and operational plans for DEPA & ELRO.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
- Support new product launches and manage lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Execute marketing campaigns and organize events.
- Develop application training materials and ensure pricing alignment
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Proven success in product management within industrial/manufacturing.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, market analysis, customer focus, fluent in German & English.
