- Lead full project lifecycle from pre-sales through to project closure.
- Support pre-sales activities including costings, BOMs, and technical specifications
- Develop and manage project documentation: project plans, schedules, risk registers, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, field service, logistics) for efficient delivery.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned projects.
- Support resolution of technical and engineering issues.
- Represent the company in key customer and commercial meetings.
- Ensure internal service launches are well-documented and communicated.
- Assist in improving through-life support functions.
- Proven project engineering/management experience essential.
- Background in naval or maritime projects preferred.
- Proficient in Satellite Communications and Navigational Communication Systems.
- Experience with systems such as Radar, GMDSS, ECDIS, AIS, UHF/VHF, CCTV, TVRO, PABX/PAGA, and Navigation equipment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in standard office applications; experience with AutoCAD and MS Project advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
