We are seeking a visionary AI Engineer to join our team as a trainee in “Customer Interaction and generative AI” and redefine the future of mobility. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of the Mercedes-Benz Virtual Assist and revolutionize online customer interaction.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions that directly impact our company's revenue and enhance the customer experience. You will leverage advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing to create intelligent, personalized, and seamless interactions for our global clientele.

- An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Computer or Data Science, Machine Learning or comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- First experience in requirements analysis, development, go-live and operation of AI solutions as well as Marketing and Sales, general Software Programming and Project Management
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
- We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility
- Excellent English skills (C1), or other, proficiency in German (B2) is an advantage
- You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities
- You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals
