Job Description
We are growing fast – and you will be the person who makes new products successful in the market.
In this hybrid role, you connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, plan commercial launch strategies, and turn insights into revenue. You also lead our Sales Business Analyst activities to ensure our decisions are data-driven and our strategy is sharp.
You report directly to the Head of Commercial.
New Product Introductions / Go-To-Market
- plan and run commercial launches,
- make all departments launch-ready (Product, Sales, Marketing, KAM, Support)
- ensure consistent messaging in every channel, including D2C
Commercial Steering + Sales Enablement
- create pitches, playbooks, and battlecards together with Marketing & Sales
- train sales teams on positioning, arguments & target groups
Business Analytics leadership
- lead the Sales Business Analyst activities
- analyse sell-in / sell-through/sell-out to identify opportunities & risks
- portfolio & distribution gap analysis incl. recommendations for KAM
- Quarterly commission calculation for the sales force
Business Intelligence improvement
- continuously level up our BI dashboards, data models & reporting logic
- build data standards for commercial steering
- 3–6 years in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or GTM roles
- Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
- strong project management & cross-functional communication skills
- data-driven mindset (BI affinity highly welcome)
- knowledge of retail marketing & retail sales structures (DE is a plus)
