As a key member of our Global Commercial Organization, you will lead a passionate team and play a central role in building strategies, systems, and tools that elevate commercial success across all regions.


  • Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team of commercial systems and tools experts
  • Design and implement global commercial excellence strategies that boost sales force effectiveness and deliver measurable impact
  • Optimize and evolve our commercial infrastructure — from pricing and customer segmentation to lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign performance
  • Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, drive decision-making, and track performance through meaningful KPIs
  • Champion digital transformation by enhancing the use of CRM (Salesforce) and digital tools across the organization
  • Coordinate and strengthen launch excellence for new products and campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams
  • Build and standardize frameworks to ensure global alignment and consistency in commercial practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align global and regional priorities and ensure seamless commercial execution
  • Support post-merger integration, ensuring a unified and high-performing commercial setup

  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy within the B2B or Chemical industry
  • Strong command of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pricing software
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical strength and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
