Job Description
Why Oviva?
At Oviva, we're on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.
Our award-winning digital health programmes blend evidence-based behaviour change therapy with cutting-edge technology to tackle chronic health conditions such as obesity and Type 2 diabetes. Having supported over a million patients across the UK, Germany and Switzerland, we are scaling to deliver even more impact, and you could help shape the future of digital health.
We're growing fast and are looking for two Product Marketing Managers to shape how our products and features are experienced by patients – from first interaction through long-term engagement. One role will focus on Acquisition (market-facing), and the other on Patient Experience (product-facing). Across both roles, you will ensure Oviva's messaging is consistent, evidence-based, and adapted to different audiences and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own messaging, positioning, and visuals for either acquisition journeys (prospects, doctors, new patients) or patient-facing communications (onboarding, in-app, retention).
- Develop clear, credible narratives that articulate product value across audiences and geographies.
- Support end-to-end go-to-market plans or feature launches, aligned to user needs and product objectives.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Pathway, and Clinical teams to ensure coherent communication across touchpoints.
- Conduct or interpret research to understand prospect, doctor, or patient motivations, translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Feed user and market insights back into Product and cross-functional teams to inform prioritisation and decision-making.
- Create enablement materials (FAQs, talk tracks, feature overviews) to support internal understanding and execution.
- Track funnel, engagement, retention, and represcription metrics to refine messaging and identify areas for improvement.
- Support experimentation through clear hypotheses, message variants, and structured testing to improve performance.
- Solid product marketing experience, ideally across multi-persona or complex product environments.
- Track record of owning successful go-to-market plans or feature rollouts end-to-end.
- Skilled at building sharp messaging frameworks and compelling product narratives.
- Able to translate technical or clinical concepts into clear, motivating communication.
- Strong collaborator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable using data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1/C2) and English.
- Thrives in remote, cross-functional teams and fast-moving environments.
- A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.
- High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership.
- A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
- Annual learning & development budget.
- Home working allowance and flexible working hours.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.)
Having a culture that people want to work in, is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:
We put the patient first, We empower our teams, We make it happen.
Oviva is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
