Head of Investor Relations (m/w/d)


  • Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy, including the further evolution of the company's Equity Story
  • Preparation of the analyst presentations as well as coordination and publication of all capital-market-relevant corporate reports (quarterly and annual results, ad-hoc disclosures, etc.)
  • Plan, prepare and deliver capital market events such as roadshows, Capital Markets Days, earnings calls, the Annual General Meeting, and meetings with institutional investors and analysts
  • Build, maintain and further expand relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key financial market stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse market and competitive developments, peer group performance and analyst assessments. Provide regular market insights and recommendations to the Executive Board
  • Advise the Executive Board and senior management on matters relevant to the capital market (e.g. market expectations, communication strategy and the impact of strategic decisions on the capital market)
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and disclosure requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field with a strong financial focus
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking/Equity Capital Markets — ideally within a publicly listed company
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting and capital market principles, capital market processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • High level of self-motivation, independence and sense of responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse stakeholders (C-level executives, investors, analysts, advisors, etc.)
  • Resilience, reliability and professionalism — even under high workload and tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as well as flexibility regarding working hours during key capital market events
