- Develop new business with targeted OEMs and System Integrators; build a robust pipeline and progress opportunities through to close.
- Discover customer needs and translate hygienic and regulatory requirements into fit‑for‑purpose material handling solutions.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to plan visits, co‑sell, prepare quotes, and follow up until the sale is concluded.
- Use CRM to track opportunities, contacts and forecasts; deliver regular, reliable activity reports and hit agreed sales targets.
- Feed the learning loop by capturing market requirements and customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmaps.
- Collaborate across a specialized international hygienics team—leveraging product specialists and solution engineers to win key projects.
- 5+ years' consultative sales experience in hygiene‑sensitive environments; degree in sales/commerce with a technical component preferred.
- Deep understanding of hygienic design and standards in food & beverage, pharma, and related industries.
- Experience selling technical solutions in logistics/material handling environments is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP; structured, proactive and highly organized.
- German fluency and professional English (B2) in an international context.
- Willingness to travel frequently nationwide to customers, partners and fairs
