Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join GigaDevice in Munich, Germany. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Project Manager to support our growing customer base in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and cross-cultural communication, ideally as part of an internal transfer within GigaDevice.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Representative Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the European market.
- Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and handle order processing.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal review.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
- Gathering and following up on customer requests such as lead times and customer questionnaires.
- Support company internal contract negotiation and execution as well as customer communication.
Customer Project Management Duties:
- Coordinate and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Resolve project-related issues, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Collaborate with supply chain on bottlenecks and communicate to customer on a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the European semiconductor market and key industry players.
