Regional Marketing Communications Manager (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about strategic marketing communications, regional campaign execution, and brand building in a B2B environment?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing communication initiatives that strengthen Megger's brand presence, generate a measurable commercial funnel, and support sustainable business growth across the DACH region.

Regional Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and implement regional marketing communication campaigns in line with global strategy and budgets.
  • Execute regional product and NPI launch campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of promotional materials to increase brand reach and relevance.
  • Provide regional market insights to global marketing teams to support strategic adjustments.

Event & Webinar Management

  • Plan, organise, and manage regional tradeshows, webinars, and technical events (end-to-end).
  • Coordinate events independently and in cooperation with partners and distributors.
  • Ensure clear KPI definition, tracking, and ROI measurement for all events and activities.

Channel Partner & Stakeholder Management

  • Activate and manage channel partner and distributor marketing programs (COOP marketing).
  • Act as the regional liaison for partners, agencies, and event organisers.
  • Ensure alignment between regional needs, partner activities, and central marketing initiatives.

Reporting, KPI & Budget Responsibility

  • Deliver monthly reports on regional marketing activities, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets including accurate monthly and yearly spend reporting.
  • Define and drive corrective actions to ensure marketing KPIs are met.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through structured analysis and reporting.

Sales & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support sales teams with regionally aligned marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Industry Leaders, Segment Managers, and Central Marketing.
  • Validate German-language marketing materials and agency translations.

  • Hands-on experience in marketing communications, campaigns, and event management (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Experience working in a KPI- and data-driven marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to generate, track, and report marketing funnel performance and ROI.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and agencies.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
  • Professional proficiency in German and English.
