- Support and maintenance of the existing SAP HCM system, customization, and implementation of new features, including design, documentation, and support
- Planning and implementation of SAP projects
- Advising and supporting end users in their day-to-day business in the areas of time management and payroll accounting
- Contact for specialist departments and external partners
- Work is primarily done remotely (Consulting usually means local flexibility, but in the area of HCM we have very little travel)
- Good knowledge and experience in customizing the SAP HCM module with a focus on HCM-PT and HCM-PY, as well as in-depth knowledge of interfaces to other SAP modules
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ABAP, and forms is desirable
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and customer focus, as well as enjoyment of working in a team
- Good German skills and, ideally, good English skills round off your profile
