Applications for our radars include Space Research, Missile Defence, Instrumentation Systems and lately for drone and UAS detection. Our radars are produced at our HQ in Allerød, north of Copenhagen.

Increasing customer demand means that the company is experiencing rapid growth. As part of this growth, we are looking for a colleague for our System Integration, Test & Verification team for a position as System Test Manager.


As our new colleague you will contribute to further strengthening our Integration, Test & Verification team. You will be responsible for defining and executing our system test strategy for our products. You will be the technical lead for a team of System Test Engineers, working closely with development teams to design and implement comprehensive integration and test plans. As System Test Manager, you work in close cooperation with our production and Aftermarket teams, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they are delivered to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the system-wide test strategy for our radar systems
  • Planning and execution of Integration, Test & Verification activities across our platform development projects
  • Act as a technical lead and mentor for a team of System Test Engineers, and be part of creating a culture with focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage
  • Design and oversee manual and automated test processes, including system integration testing, system verification, functional, performance and regression testing
  • Collaborate with Mechanical, Hardware and Software development teams to define test requirements and ensure seamless integration
  • Define and track key quality metrics, reporting on system reliability, stability and performance
  • Documentation of test executions & requirements traceability
  • Drive root cause analysis and work with cross-functional test to resolve system issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Other responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Participate in customer meetings both in Allerød and on site with our international customers
  • Define and continuously refine testing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

Your CV include:

  • A relevant engineering degree
  • 10+ years of experience in system testing of complex integrated HW and SW systems
  • Proven technical leadership experience, managing test teams in an agile development environment
  • Experience working with Requirements and Test management tools (we use Helix)
  • Strong understanding of test automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Experience with systems engineering in relation to complex systems
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB Test Manager) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Experience with radar systems or complex systems for military use, is considered an advantage
