- Lead the shift team, including permanent staff and temporary workers, across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes in alignment with KPIs
- Plan and assign warehouse tasks, coordinate team members
- Ensure compliance with all Maersk processes and policies
- Act as contact person for operational matters, environmental issues, housekeeping, and training
- Report and document damages, support the resolution process, and take responsibility for warehouse materials and equipment
- Prepare and share daily and weekly internal and external reports
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Initiative, goal orientation, and strong execution abilities
- Hands-on and proactive work approach with a team mindset
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, Sundays, and public holidays
- Team player with a coaching mentality and leadership experience
- Flexible and confident in dynamic work environments
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems
- Experience in logistics and team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
