At our company, you'll join a supportive group of colleagues who value teamwork and innovation. Here's a sample of what you'll get up to:

  • Manage Private Label Wet Shave products for customers in Northeast Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium).
  • Build and maintain close relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring sales targets are met cost-effectively.
  • Understand customer strategy and organisation, develop contacts at multiple levels, and support strategic sales orientation for your line manager.
  • Identify opportunities, develop customised product solutions, and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, supply chain) for seamless project execution.
  • Achieve annual business plans and forecasts (volume and financial) through proactive engagement with customers.
  • Manage a healthy portfolio and pricing strategy, ensuring compliance with local and European profitability guidelines.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor performance; make recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal functions for efficient implementation.
  • Track and update customer conditions regularly.
  • Deliver presentations to customers.


We're looking for someone with:

  • A university degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales or marketing within FMCG (personal care sector preferred), ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Good knowledge of the retail landscape; private label or branded background desirable.
  • A customer-focused, cross-functional mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
  • A challenger attitude, tactical sales skills, and excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivation, solution-driven approach, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in German and English.
