  • Architect and implement a robust test data management strategy across environments
  • Develop and maintain test environment management frameworks to streamline testing workflows
  • Design and integrate automated test data pipelines into existing CI/CD and DevOps processes
  • Partner with development, operations, and QA teams to resolve data, environment, and integration issues
  • Define and implement governance and best practices for QA and test data processes
  • Evaluate and select tools and technologies for test data generation, subsetting, and provisioning
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure QA and environment stability
  • Ensure QA architecture aligns with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery pipelines
  • Act as a technical problem solver across systems, debugging and addressing issues hands-on
  • Lead by doing — this role involves direct technical implementation, not just advisory or oversight

  • Strong DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, version control, environment automation), like for example Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in databases and data architecture — including test data provisioning, masking/subsetting
  • Proven experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Deep understanding of QA frameworks, SDLC processes, and software quality strategy
  • Ability to troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions across diverse technology stacks
  • Familiarity with test data management tools and environment management solutions would be a plus, but is not a requirement
