Position Summary

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a significant role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating across teams. The area of your responsability will be North of Germany. You will be empowered to contribute to strategic sales initiatives, participate in market expansion, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to shape and execute the commercial strategy for your designed area.
  • Engage with potential clients through introductory calls, web site leads, and presentation calls.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, planning and conducting sales visits.
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing consultant-tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Procurement teams to deliver the best solution to the client and support the client through every project phase.
  • Represent Vetroelite at trade fairs and industry events, enhancing our premium brand presence
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM
  • Collaborate with customer service for order management and shipping planning to ensure high customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, market development and customer preferences and identify growth opportunities.
  • Commit to the established weekly work schedule, alternating between travel and remote activities as outlined
    • Week 1: Home office: Focus on prospecting new clients, preparing sales reports, and analyzing market opportunities
    • Week 2: On the Road: Travel onsite to visit customers, strengthen relationships, and support ongoing projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (B2B preferred).
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of Italian language is a plus.
  • Valuable knowledge in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Spain
