Traditional approaches for estimating costs, especially logistics and landed costs, are often manual, time-consuming, and inconsistent. AI technologies can help automate and enhance these processes, but there are challenges such as data reliability, prompt design, and choosing the right models.
This thesis will investigate how AI can be applied to improve workflows in cost estimation and supply chain optimization while addressing these challenges.

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
- Master's student in Business Administration or similar studies, Computer Science, or related fields
- Prior experience in supply chain or cost engineering is a plus
- Experience in Generative AI, ability to create visualizations and familiarity with AI frameworks in the market
- Interest in transportation logistics
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently
- Additional Requirement: The university must agree to supervise the topic academically. Specific requirements can be fine-tuned after the supervisor confirms their involvement
