Vytal Global is a leading provider of digital reusable solutions for the foodservice industry. We equip restaurants, canteens, stadiums, and large-scale events with smart reusable systems. Our technology platform orchestrates reusable operations end-to-end - from procurement to logistics and washing services to interactive sponsorship and engagement. Our solution enables seamless traceability of every single container throughout the circular value chain, as well as interaction with it - reliable, transparent, and sustainable.


Support the Co-CEOs and the local US team in all operational, strategic, and execution-focused tasks related to building and growing Vytal in the United States. You will act as the bridge between our headquarters in Germany and our rapidly expanding activities primarily in California, as well as in New York, Atlanta, and Hawaii.

Your Tasks:

  • Business and financial steering of the US subsidiary: preparing performance dashboards and leading regular performance reviews.
  • Communication and alignment: ensuring effective collaboration between the Vytal teams in Europe and the US, as well as within the US team.
  • Market expansion and customer success projects: implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers such as Oracle Park (San Francisco), LA Coliseum (Los Angeles), etc..
  • Co-CEO support: preparing presentations, analyses, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated individual to join as a Founder Associate, working directly with our two Co-CEOs on scaling our US subsidiary. This highly hands-on role is ideal for someone who wants to accelerate their career and prepare for a Founder or General Manager role.

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in startups, consulting, finance, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical abilities and outstanding execution skills.
  • High hands-on mentality and an independent working style across time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; Hawaiian and Spanish are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition and willingness to grow into a Founder/GM role, e.g., eventually becoming the General Manager of VYTAL US Inc..
  • Willingness to travel and spend at least 4 - 6 weeks per quarter in the US.
