We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.

In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Isolating or resolving printer and multi-function device issues
  • Providing onsite, advanced software troubleshooting and support
  • Providing advanced software troubleshooting and support remotely using support tools and processes
  • Troubleshooting mobile device issues
  • Troubleshooting remote access issues
  • Ticket follow-up (incident and request creation, update and closure)
  • Escalating Tickets that cannot be resolved by Stefanini to the appropriate client or third-party support group for resolution
  • Cascading Deploying PCs/Macs to end users
  • Carry out new joiner onboarding when required
  • Configuring and deploying telephones
  • Configuring PCs/Macs post-image
  • Deploying IT equipment
  • Imaging and staging PCs/Macs or mobile devices (includes activation where necessary on respective regional carrier.)
  • Migrating End User data · Directly engage in general IT support as required.
  • Face to Face and remote desktop and basic POS support
  • HO & Back Office team support
  • Setup and configuration of new routers, switches and firewalls
  • Hardware support (Workstation, laptop, printer repair and replacement)
  • Site hardware audits
  • Managing traffic counters

  • 3-5 years of experience (minimum) in a technical ICT environment
  • General End User technology knowledge
  • End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)
  • End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)
  • ITSM Tool Set (ServiceNow preferred)
  • A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is very nice to have, with a desire to explore and utilize our internal SAI Library tool in excelling in your role.
  • Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to details; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility
  • Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-site infrastructure related projects
  • The ability to manage multiple projects / activities at a time, and to priorities appropriately
  • Flexibility to work outside of working hours as necessary
  • The ability to travel 20% of the time within Europe
  • Strong knowledge of English and German
