Near Patient Nurse
Location: Spangdahlem/ Hybrid

About The Role

Join our Near Patient Program supporting the TRICARE Overseas mission.
Core responsibilities include:
- Medical Case Management: Oversee and coordinate inpatient care for patients
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate smooth transitions of care upon hospital discharge back to the responsible military treatment facility
- Patient Advocacy and Support
- Ensure patients understand their treatment plans
- Act as an intermediary between treating medical teams and patients, including language support where needed
About You
- Registered General Nurse (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience and registration to practice in Germany
- Recognized qualification to minimum diploma level or equivalent experience (demonstrated through portfolio/CV)
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools, including typing, MS Teams, and quickly learning and navigating new systems (e.g., CRM/Salesforce and other platforms)
- Proficient in German and English
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Passionate about international healthcare
