Currently, we are looking for you as

Supply Chain Manager (all genders)

unlimited – full time – 40 hour-contract


  • Continuous stock management according to company policy, consumption analysis and planned campaign needs
  • Monitoring, reviewing and improving supply chain and logistics processes
  • Supporting coordination between sales, customer support, maintenance and warehouse & logistics teams
  • Managing and optimizing end-to-end logistics flows from suppliers to customers
  • Serving as the main contact for the customs agent and overseeing customs administration and reporting
  • Supervising and administrating export control activities to ensure compliance with national and international regulations
  • Driving ongoing process improvements, cost reductions and risk management
  • Implementing, monitoring, evaluating and refining relevant KPIs

Your skills & qualifications:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, ideally focused on Supply Chain Management with a solid understanding of international trade regulations
  • Bringing solid professional experience in supply chain management and logistics, you are familiar with terms such as MRP, BAFA, DAP, EXW, Dual Use, AWB, EUC, ICP, etc.
  • You embrace working in a challenging, multidimensional environment
  • You work in a structured and independent way, focusing on finding solutions to challenges
  • You are proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis, PBI for visualization and SAP expertise in supply chain, logistics and import / export topics
  • Familiar with the aviation industry, you understand its regulations and are interested in technical products
  • Communicating confidently in fluent English and German, you handle formal exchanges with authorities; French is a plus
