With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Liner Shipping segment, the Company has around 14,000 employees and 400 offices in 140 countries. Hapag-Lloyd has a container capacity of 3.7 million TEU – including one of the largest and most modern fleets of reefer containers. A total of 133 liner services worldwide ensure fast and reliable connections between more than 600 ports on all the continents. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has equity stakes in 21 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India and North Africa. Around 3,000 employees are assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations in addition to the terminal activities.
- Support the Reefer Product Excellence Team in ongoing and upcoming commercial, operational, technical, and digital projects
- Assist in the development of online training modules related to reefer technology and product offerings
- Conduct benchmarking and market research on reefer-related products and industry trends
- Maintain and update internal product documents, reports, and strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate on the creation of sales collateral and customer-facing materials
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and help maintain key product files and assessments
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering, or a related field)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Motivated, costumer-focused, and a dependable team player
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with an efficient and structured working style
- Basic understanding of logistics and/or reefer technology is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and within a global, diverse team environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and market dynamics
