Job Description
We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our international radar systems team in Munich Moosach for 20 hours per week.
The position is planned as a parental leave replacement, as of 01.03.2025 for at least 1 year.
The minimum qualifications are very good German language skills (at least B2 level) and a commercial education (IHK), and as well advanced English skills are essential.
If you have a warm and helpful personality, that would be another advantage.
Office Management
- Front office tasks, e.g. incoming/ outgoing mail, deliveries and calls.
- Processing electronic correspondence, incl. registration
- Ordering office supplies, coffee and water
- Management of updating templates
- Reception and guest service
- communication with service providers and house technician
- Marketing
Support of Accounting
- General support of Accountancy/ Controlling (Preparing receipts, travel expenses, processing online banking, etc.)
- Gathering required documents for the invoice process
- Maintaining databases and lists
Team support
- Coordination between departments
- Preparation of presentations
- Organisation of team events
- Coordination and organisation of internal and external meetings
- Travel booking through booking tool (BCD)
