Sales Team Assistant Southern & Western Europe (m/w/x)

In your future position as Sales Team Assistant, you will be a member of the European sales team and will work closely with sales management, trade marketing, and various other departments within the company to support the sustainable, long-term growth of YOGI TEA in Europe.


  • Preparation of monthly sales reports and updating and maintenance of customer product databases, customer-related data, and customer price lists
  • Processing of all incoming new product information sheets and advertising brochures from customers
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of customer presentations and meetings
  • Handling and internal communication of all incoming competitor information
  • Processing all incoming customer service inquiries, e.g., regarding materials, samples, etc.
  • Assisting with all administrative tasks arising at trade fairs
  • Planning, managing, and reporting on tastings in cooperation with Sales and Trade Marketing
  • Processing orders to wholesalers
  • Contacting distributors and/or customers by phone as needed
  • Acting as an interface between Trade Marketing and Sales with regard to the distribution of relevant material (e.g., sale of samples, brochures, paper bags, etc.)

  • Commercial training in the FMCG sector
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Professional experience within the organic sector is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking with a hands-on mentality
  • Self-starter with a structured approach to work, analytical and creative skills
  • A committed team player with a high degree of flexibility and independence, with good IT skills, especially Excel and ideally ERP experience
  • Excellent German skills and fluent business English
  • Willingness to travel: Some travel within Europe possible
  • Resume in English
