  • In this working student role, you will actively support us in identifying business learning needs and provide guidance to stakeholders on the most effective learning formats, tools, and approaches.
  • You will work closely with subject matter experts to gather, structure, and transform complex knowledge into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
  • By reviewing and testing eLearning modules and digital assets, you will ensure excellent usability, accessibility, and overall learning quality.
  • You will take responsibility for supporting the administration and maintenance of digital learning content and assignments within our in-house LMS.
  • Additionally, you will leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Synthesia to create or contribute to the development of compelling digital learning experiences.
  • You will contribute to our continuous improvement by staying up to date with learning technology trends, innovative tools, and best practices.


  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Education, Instructional Design, HR/Training, Communication, or a related field.
  • You have a strong motivation to shape the future of digital learning, contribute to learning strategies, and explore the use of AI for smarter content creation.
  • You enjoy working with digital tools, analyzing data, and following structured processes, while feeling confident managing multiple tasks independently.
  • You bring an open mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn new tools, concepts, and methods that enhance learning experiences.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, ask insightful questions to understand business needs, and feel comfortable analyzing information to provide solutions.
  • Finally, you have excellent written and verbal English skills and thrive both in independent work and collaborative team environments.
