We're seeking a highly motivated Marcom Manager to lead regional event operations and marketing communication across North America and Europe
This is a hands-on individual role focused on end-to-end event management, requiring agility, strong coordination skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will also support digital promotion activities in alignment with the corporate branding team, ensuring consistent messaging and amplification for events.


  1. Plan, organize, and execute regional trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer events etc. with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  2. Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
  3. Define event objectives, KPIs, and ROI metrics, and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  4. Act as a central point of contact for regional Marcom needs, responding quickly, managing multiple priorities, and mobilizing resources both internally and externally.
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, corporate branding team etc.) to align messages and leverage shared resources.
  6. Support digital promotion initiatives in close collaboration with corporate branding team (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, event-related content) to enhance visibility and engagement.
  7. Assist corporate brand/PR initiatives as needed, ensuring cohesive communication across markets.

  1. 5+ years of experience in event marketing or integrated Marcom, ideally in technology, electronics, or semiconductor sectors.
  2. Proven success in event planning, supplier management, and ROI-driven marketing programs.
  3. Strong project management skills, able to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience collaborating with global teams.
  5. Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
  6. Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative, a true team player who can work independently while coordinating across teams and regions.
