This is a full-time, on-site role for Facilities Manager, located in Pillipsburg. As a Facilities Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, you will oversee daily operations related to the facility, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and optimize resource utilization. Responsibilities include managing facility maintenance, coordinating with vendors, monitoring budgets, and supervising the work of maintenance personnel. Additionally, you will ensure that the facility aligns with the company's operational needs and sustainability goals.


  • Experience in facility management, building maintenance, and property operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for overseeing daily operations and coordinating with vendors
  • Leadership skills for supervising maintenance staff and ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Proficiency in working with budgets and financial aspects of facility management
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability initiatives in facility operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management is beneficial
