Purpose of the Role:
Lead & Support global operational excellence projects across field operations by enabling and motivating teams to adopt and implement for improved performance, fully aligned with TKE values.
The role includes facilitating and advancing our core business system, the Global Branch Excellence (GBE) Program, a strategic initiative to elevate Sales & Operational performance, consistency, and scalability across all branches worldwide.
Key responsibilities include conducting maturity assessments to verify implementation of global standards and supporting branches in building focused plans that foster a continuous improvement mindset. Additionally, the role leads and embeds GBE initiatives—such as maturity models, performance scorecards, and branch-level assessments—into branch operations to ensure long-term impact and continuous improvement, while developing and implementing several ad hoc programs on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support the implementation and follow-up of
Global Branch Excellence (GBE) as well other Excellence programs across all Business Units as well as global ad hoc initiatives. - Facilitate workshops, provide coaching and training, and lead GBE enablement sessions to drive engagement and adoption of business programs.
- Perform branch maturity assessments and coach field teams and branch leaders to improve operational consistency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuousimprovement.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and customer focus.
- Conduct coaching calls, review quality performance, and build trust across all levels within branches.
- Minimum 5 years of field operations experience (installation, service, or repair).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong coaching and motivational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in driving change and implementing operational programs.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record in process improvement, performance management, and change leadership.
- Experience in facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and driving cultural transformation.
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems using data insight.
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital tools for operational performance and reporting preferred.
- Office 365 experience.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust.
- Familiarity with TKE tools, values, and operational frameworks.
