Job Description

Procurement

  • Take responsibility for strategic and operational purchasing of offshore equipment, spare parts, and services
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate framework and project-specific contracts
  • Develop a structured and transparent procurement process in close cooperation with Finance & Administration
  • Monitor costs and continuously optimize supply chain efficiency

Customs

  • Ensure proper customs clearance for import and export of survey equipment, AUVs, ROVs, and specialized technology
  • Serve as interface to freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal project teams
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal customs procedures

Optional

  • Basic knowledge of export control topics (EU Dual-Use, international trade regulations)


  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in customs clearance and procurement of technical goods
  • (Optional) Familiarity with export control requirements – can also be learned on the job
  • Strong skills in ERP systems and excellent English proficiency (German or Danish a plus)
  • Structured, independent way of working combined with strong negotiation and communication skills
