- Deliver and implement consulting projects for leading construction industry clients, including general contractors, prefab manufacturers, suppliers and developers
- Advise top management on strategic and operational topics, such as industrialization, modularization, project delivery excellence, and digital transformation of construction processes.
- Develop new business models and drive strategic transformations, considering the impact of industrialization, mass production, sustainability, and digitalization.
- Design and optimize product and service portfolios, serial production system and best-in-class supply chains, leveraging best practices from industry leaders and automotive industry
- Integrate modern methods and technologies such as automation, prefabrication, modularization, AI and digital twin to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Apply advanced project management methodologies (e.g., Lean Construction, BIM, Integrated Project Delivery) to drive excellence in planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
- Develop and implement efficient end-to-end processes across sales, order fulfillment, engineering/planning, production, supply chain management, procurement, and service.
- Collaborate in international, cross-functional teams and contribute to the knowledge exchange within Porsche Consulting's construction community.
- University degree, ideally in (industrial) engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting or in a manufacturing/construction company, ideally with exposure to serial/industrialized construction
- Proven experience in the construction industry ideally in industrialization of construction products and realization of large scale projects.
- Strong knowledge in strategy development and transformation management, with a track record of supporting clients through complex change processes.
- High interest in new trends and technologies, such as digitalization, sustainability, and smart construction solutions.
- Experience in the realization of multi-disciplinary projects, from concept through execution and handover.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Strong client and results orientation.
- Structured, professional approach to work, with outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
