Marketing Manager UK (f/m/d)


Key Responsibilities

  • Further development and localization of global marketing campaigns: You will be responsible for adapting, optimizing and independently developing impactful 360° marketing strategies for the UK market – based on global initiatives and local market requirements
  • Responsibility for the conception, implementation and performance measurement of cross-channel campaigns: You will manage go-to-market activities across the entire marketing funnel in close alignment with Sales, Channel Partners and global stakeholders. Throughout, you keep KPIs, budget and ROI firmly in view
  • Executive-level relationship management: You will establish and maintain sustainable partnerships with strategically important distribution partners and act as a trusted sparring partner to jointly leverage market potential
  • Enablement and co-marketing with distribution partners: You will develop partner marketing plans, implement co-marketing initiatives and support our partners in strengthening their local visibility and brand positioning – including trainings, campaigns and event activities
  • Collaboration with key opinion leaders and subject-matter experts: You will identify and coordinate key opinion leaders in the region, integrate them into our communication and develop thought-leadership activities to increase market relevance
  • Product launches: You will take an active role in cross-functional teams during product launches – from strategic planning to regional execution
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams: You will work with global and regional Marketing, Sales, Training, and additional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and product communication
  • Content ownership: You will be responsible for the development and localization of target-group-specific online and offline marketing materials – across all channels and in line with corporate identity
  • CRM-supported lead management: You will manage lead scoring and qualification in Salesforce and work closely with Sales on follow-up and conversion

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing or related fields
  • Experience in the dental industry preferred and highly advantageous
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), CMS and website maintenance
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Native English speaker; additional languages are a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, team player, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
