Our global HR team processes and pilots global HR projects to ensure best practice development for all aspects of people operations, compensation, benefits and international people mobility programs.
Ideally, you are available for a full-time internship for around six months.

How you will create an impact:
- You contribute to global HR projects (e.g., rewards, global mobility, people experience) and assist in day-to-day team activities.
- You coordinate the international assignment program for high potentials, including planning, communication, and administrative tasks.
- You assist in managing internal applications and maintaining HR system data, working with global and local HR colleagues as well as external partners.
- You take responsibility for designing process flows, evaluating data, and preparing stakeholder communications on mobility topics.
- You help organize workshops, meetings, and information sessions related to mobility topics.
- You contribute to creating and updating guidelines, presentations, and reference materials, and support vendor management for mobility and relocation services.
- You are a bachelor's or master's student studying economics, human resources, psychology, or a similar subject.
- You have gained initial work or internship experience, preferably in an HR-related area.
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; German and other languages are a plus.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You show a high level of motivation for HR topics and bring strong organizational and communication skills.
- You work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail in an international environment.
