Job Description
At Oviva, we're on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.
Our award-winning digital health programmes blend evidence-based behaviour change therapy with cutting-edge technology to tackle chronic health conditions such as obesity and Type 2 diabetes. Having supported over a million patients across the UK, Germany and Switzerland, we are scaling to deliver even more impact, and you could help shape the future of digital health.
As we scale to reach millions more, we're looking for a Director of Product ready to shape the future of digital health, a leader who thrives at the intersection of behavioural science, user experience, and health outcomes.
In this role, you'll:
- Set the vision and lead the development of our core behaviour change systems features like goal-setting, micro habits, and intelligent feedback.
- Build and coach two product squads (with initial direct line management).
- Collaborate with design, clinical, engineering, and analytics partners to turn evidence into action.
- Launch Oviva Intelligence: our new adaptive, data-driven behaviour engine.
- Represent Behaviour Change Engine (BCT) both internally and externally, articulating its value to execs, partners, and the wider market.
This isn't your first time shaping a product strategy from scratch or leading cross-functional teams at scale. You've owned roadmaps with real-world impact, built features that influenced how people think and act, and worked in environments where product is central, not just support.
You:
- Love complexity but doesn't get lost in it. You break down tricky problems with clarity and purpose.
- Can turn behavioural science into brilliant digital experiences, ideally in consumer-facing health, lifestyle, or gamified products.
- Is as comfortable pitching a vision to the C-suite as digging into retention metrics with a data scientist.
- Has led teams through change, ambiguity, and high-stakes delivery and knows how to bring people with you.
- A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.
- High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership.
- A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
- Annual learning & development budget.
- Home working allowance and flexible working hours.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.)
