suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewable energies.
Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks.

- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts (utilities, investors, infrastructure) with high-value, long-term deals.
- Build trusted relationships with boards, banks, and senior stakeholders—be the credible face of suena.
- Lead and empower the sales team through complex sales cycles and set commercial standards.
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and process optimization to drive revenue and team success.
- Deliver impact fast: Take over key accounts and solidify sales processes in your first quarter.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, managing large B2B accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the energy sector or a closely related industry
- Proven track record of closing and expanding high-value contracts (ACV >€150k) with long sales cycles (12–24 months)
- Confident, executive presence - able to “own the room” and build trust at board level
- Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm for guiding a small, expert sales team
- Skilled in stakeholder management, pipeline reporting, and process optimization
- Fluent in German (client-facing) and comfortable in English (internal)
- Hands-on with digital sales tools (Hubspot, Notion, Teams); energy sector know-how is a plus
