- You will be responsible for the handling of multi-year deals. These deals ensure vessel space and container equipment for our biggest customers, therefore ensuring smooth operation for their supply chains
- From contract management to invoicing and payment tracking, you will participate in the entire lifecycle of these programs
- As part of the reconciliation process, you will analyze performance indicators and investigate shortfalls in a combination of data analysis and information exchange with both internal stakeholders and our Global Accounts
- You will be responsible for selected customers and trades and will help to solve potential disputes on the way to a timely closure of the monthly reconciliation
- In this interdisciplinary role, you will create transparency for the Management and Account Managers with performance and financial reporting and will be in constant exchange with related departments and customers worldwide
- You are currently enrolled as a full-time student in business administration, finance, logistics or similar
- You combine a passion for data analysis with very good analytical skills
- Your self-responsible, reliable and self-motivating personality facilitates target achievement
- Confidence, perseverance and strong communication skills are part of your assets
- You consider complex spreadsheet structures as exciting challenges for your MS Excel skills
- As our office language is English, a very good command of the language – both spoken and in writing – are indispensable (German is considered beneficial)
