Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Location: France Region and remote (-in France)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and drive growth in the France region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the industrial sector.


  • Develop and implement sales plans tailored to the French industrial market and infrastructure market.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new clients, especially in the aerospace, defense and railway market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Technical or commercial degree and several years experience in customer support, new customer acquisition and strategic development of new markets.
  • Communication and teamwork capacity and decision-making capacity. Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English fluently. German language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel within the whole region.
