As Pricing Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure and continuously strengthen customer satisfaction by overseeing and coordinating the entire service chain from order entry to on-time delivery and complete order fulfillment. You will maintain an intensive and proactive relationship with our customers, ensuring clear communication at every stage. Furthermore, you will actively support projects aimed at improving Customer Excellence-related processes and reducing associated costs, contributing directly to higher service quality and operational efficiency.

As Pricing Manager (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the implementation of a consistent pricing strategy across the EMEA region
  • Partnering with sales teams to harmonize and optimize pricing across markets
  • Using advanced price analytics and market intelligence to uncover opportunities, support strategic decisions, and deliver price improvements
  • Leading the annual price adjustment process and ensuring flawless execution
  • Enhancing the pricing model to integrate customer and channel differentiation, market data, and value-based principles
  • Contributing actively to the rollout of a new CPQ system and developing into a subject matter expert over time
  • Engaging and communicating proactively with the business community and key stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and IT to achieve shared goals

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and structured working style
  • Strong ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Extensive knowledge of CPQ tools (e.g., Vendavo) and solid understanding of pricing and quotation processes
  • Ideally, familiarity with SAP price and discount conditions
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proactive, self-driven, and curious personality with a high level of commitment
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage

The position will be based in our EMEA Headquarters location in Hanover, Germany.
