As Organizational Integration Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in shaping and driving organizational integration initiatives across the EMEA region, fostering collaboration across functions, hierarchies, and geographies. You will act as a visible change agent, ensuring that transformation initiatives are deeply embedded in our operations, leadership behaviors, and company culture. This role bridges strategy and execution, bringing our global and regional integration and engagement programs to life across all EMEA sites.

As Organizational Integration Manager (m/f/d), you will use your expertise in organizational development, communication and change management to:

  • partner with senior business leaders and functional heads to align integration and engagement initiatives with strategic priorities, ensuring visible sponsorship from leadership
  • translate strategic objectives into actionable, inspiring programs and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences — from production employees to senior executives
  • design and roll out integration and engagement initiatives consistently across all EMEA locations
  • design and facilitate workshops and interventions at all organizational levels to foster alignment and collaboration
  • build networks and communities to promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • act as a role model and internal ambassador for cultural and organizational transformation
  • leverage digital platforms to connect dispersed teams and make engagement initiatives accessible at scale
  • coach and enable leaders at all levels to role-model desired behaviors and take ownership for transformation
  • monitor, evaluate, and report the progress of integration initiatives, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
  • define success metrics and ensure transparency of progress to senior management

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Communication or a similar field
  • Extensive experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organizational Development within an international environment
  • Familiarity with organizational development and change management frameworks
  • Proven track record in implementing global or regional initiatives across multiple sites and functions
  • Experience in leveraging digital tools to foster collaboration, engagement, and virtual culture initiatives
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills across all levels and hierarchies
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to translate vision into practical implementation
  • Excellent influencing skills — able to drive change without direct authority
  • Resilient and adaptable in the face of resistance or ambiguity
  • Empathetic, credible, and authentic — you role-model the values and behaviors expected in the organization
  • High intercultural competence and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Career changers (“Quereinsteiger:innen”) with relevant skills and passion for culture and transformation are welcome

The position will be based in our Clarios EMEA headquarters office in Hanover, Germany.
