Job Summary

The Executive Consultant (m/f/x) to the Head of Technology Unit will serve as a key partner and operational leader, ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives within the Technology Unit. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can drive efficiency, enhance communication, and manage critical projects that align with the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills while working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.


The Executive Consultant (m/f/x) to the Head of Technology Unit will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Technology Unit by providing strategic and operational support. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Head of Technology Unit in decision-making, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Managing critical projects and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration between teams to ensure smooth execution of technology-driven initiatives.
  • Managing leadership meetings, including strategically setting the agenda, follow-ups, and action item tracking.
  • Ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Assisting with budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Representing the Head of Technology Unit in meetings and engagements, as needed.
  • Supporting change management efforts and driving organizational improvements.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Head of Technology Unit and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Advanced academic degree (PhD or Master) in Pharmacy, Technology Management, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or technology industries as well as experience in a leading strategy consulting firm (top-tier or boutique).
  • Strong background in strategic planning and business operations.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of an organization.
  • Familiarity with technology trends in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
