- Lead and execute strategic and operational projects in a cross-functional environment
- Act as a sparring partner for strategic topics initiated by the Management Board
- Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
- Conduct independent, complex analyses and research
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying relevant KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations to support company growth
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, IT, fintech or a comparable field
- 2+ years of experience in strategy or business development, e.g. in consulting, financial services, or a start-up environment
- Strong analytical skills and a confident understanding of data and KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Resilient and confident personality, ideally with experience in a dynamic scale-up environment
- High level of motivation to actively shape and improve business operations
