We're looking for a passionate and skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to help shape the future of automotive security. In this role, you'll be vital in enhancing our in-vehicle security architecture and developing robust and reliable security controls for embedded control units.

Your Tasks

As part of our dynamic team, you will:

  • Design security concepts to address identified risks
  • Specify and implement these concepts, including developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) on the target platforms
  • Provide expert guidance to internal development teams and external suppliers on integrating security features


Your Profile

You bring a strong technical foundation and a security-first mindset, along with:

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Candidates should be able to present relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or similar)
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing security controls for vehicle functions
  • Deep understanding of automotive security architectures and threat models
  • Solid knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive)
  • Solid experience working with Linux-based systems
  • Proficiency in C / C++
  • Familiarity with embedded security standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with microcontrollers and System-on-Chip (SoC) hardware
  • A proactive approach to delivering secure, reliable solutions
  • Fluent in both English and German (minimum C1 level)
