Currently, we are looking for you as
Front Desk & Service Coordinator (all genders)
unlimited – full time – 40 hour-contract
Front Desk and Office Organization:
- Be the first point of contact in our brand-new office entrance at “HanSafran," creating a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors, business partners and employees.
- Keep communication flowing by managing and directing calls, emails and correspondence with ease and professionalism.
- Bring people together by coordinating and organizing meetings and events.
- Prepare and maintain our meeting rooms to ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
Workflow & Support Management:
- Handle travel expense reports and support fleet management with an eye for details.
- Provide reliable administrative support in all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) matters, helping to keep our workplace safe and compliant.
- Manage visitor access controls & ID distributions, using security systems to ensure a safe and secure operating office.
- Be a support in the facility supplier's coordination and monitoring.
Material Management and Purchasing:
- Manage office supplies and support purchasing and supplier management to simplify daily operations.
Your skills & qualifications:
- Having completed a commercial training or an equivalent qualification, you ideally bring some hands-on experience from a similar role.
- Switching between German and English, written or spoken, you've got it covered.
- You are confident working with Office 365 and ideally experienced with SAP/ ERP systems.
- Driven by a service-oriented mindset, you like to find practical solutions and keep things running in an organized, structured way.
- First experiences in procurement, security, facility and safety processes add valuable expertise.
