Global Order Operations & Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hybrid
Driving Global Excellence
- Order Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full global order process—order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and proactive issue resolution—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer delight.
- Capacity Balancing & Segment Planning: Balancing load across multiple global factories
- Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize material flows and on-time delivery across all plants.
- Process Standardization & Best Practices: Harmonize order management, fulfillment, and planning processes across global sites to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
- Data-Driven Performance Management: Track and analyze operational KPIs (OTD, order accuracy, NPS), leveraging dashboards and reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process improvements, working closely with IT to maximize ERP/CRM/OMS integration and analytics capabilities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as primary escalation point for global key customers; drive high NPS scores through exceptional service, clear communication, and systematic follow-up.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Location Collaboration: Facilitate effective teamwork among sales, engineering, operations, and plant management to deliver on global and local targets.
- Budget Planning & Reporting: Contribute to annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles; ensure consistent reporting across all sites.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Coach and develop local order management teams in best-in-class global practices and customer-focused thinking.
- Proven experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Ability to communicate technical data and requirements in customer and production discussions.
- Experienced in process harmonization, lean/continuous improvement, and best practice rollouts across regions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German or additional languages are a plus.
