In order to continuously improve our services, we are in constant exchange with our customers. At the Global Headquarters in Düsseldorf, we are the contact for our country organizations and are promoting the change to an increasingly customer-centric organization.
As Expert Customer Relationship Management within Global Campaign Squad, you will plan towards improvement of CRM initiatives and will work closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, mostly central IT and country key-stakeholders.
In this context, your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing and further development of data driven CRM communications by planning and setting up campaigns together with IT and METRO countries.
- Design and implement automated and local campaigns through various direct marketing channels (email, App push, etc.)
- Measure and monitor campaign performance and proactively abstract optimization suggestions and evolve our communications in terms of segmentation and personalization.
- Utilizing various available data points, as well as ensuring data quality and data maintenance and supporting the further development of our technical set-ups
- Coordinate A/B testing and continuously refine communications based on results.
- Create, update and disseminate documentation of results, workflows, processes and best practices across Metro countries
- Disseminate data-driven way-of-working, optimizing campaigns based on data
- Community building: Connect CRM colleagues across countries and foster knowledge exchange
- Innovation driver for other markets through set-up and introduction of new campaigns in new markets
- Independently drive analysis and improvements of existing campaigns and processes
- University degree in business administration, Marketing, communication or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, or email marketing.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.) – Adobe Journey Optimiser will be Plus
- Knowledge of HTML (usage in Template building in Marketing Automation) will be plus.
- Enjoy networking and working on cross-functional projects, that require strong relationship building
- Hands-on experience in planning different maps for communication based on country-level
- Strategic mindset and conceptual skill set. High solution-orientation and pragmatic way of thinking.
- Data-driven mind-set, being familiar with data analysis
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus
