To support the development and structuring of our Group in Germany, we are looking for our:
Group HR Business Partner – Soka-Bau (M/F)
Construction / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Installation / Telecommunications
Reporting to the German Group Deputy CEO, you will work closely with the operations, finance, and commercial departments. You will lead the Group HR function and manage a team of 14 FTE across the Group's six companies. Your goal will be to build, harmonize, and steer the HR roadmap that will support our structured growth.
Your mission will be broad and strategic:
1. Transformation and Integration
- Audit and restructure the organization, processes, and existing HR tools.
- Build a more service-oriented HR team.
- Harmonize HR processes and policies.
- Lead change management initiatives.
2. Strategic and Operational Talent Management
- Professionalize the entire recruitment cycle and implement an effective recruitment strategy.
- Establish the foundations for talent development.
3. Labor Relations and Compliance
- Manage relationships with social partners.
- Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee personnel administration and supervise the external payroll provider.
Overall, you will act as a true business partner, supporting growth-related decision-making while fostering a collaborative, co-constructed approach with teams and stakeholders.
You hold a higher education degree and have around 10 years of experience as an HR Director, during which you have successfully led HR culture transformation in a multi-site or multi-entity environment.
You have worked in a “field-based” or “service-oriented” sector (Construction, Industry, Energy, Logistics, or Telecom), managing a primarily blue-collar workforce (technicians, workers).
In addition to your mastery of German labour law, you have sound knowledge of the SOKA-BAU Construction Fund.
