Technical development: You take responsibility for developing high-quality products with a strong focus on fit, function, and production feasibility.

Detailed documentation: You prepare precise technical packs, measurement charts, BOMs and construction details that guide each step of product creation.

Sample management: You evaluate samples with structured feedback, coordinate fit sessions, and ensure consistent sizing and quality across collections.

Quality approvals: You review and approve development components such as lab dips, prints, embroideries, trims, and PP samples to secure the highest product standards.

Supplier collaboration: You manage communication with suppliers, aligning on timelines, construction methods, and technical solutions to keep projects on track.

Process optimization: You use PDM systems, quality manuals, and design software to maintain transparency, improve efficiency, and document best practices.

Cost and performance: You support cost engineering by analyzing materials and constructions to optimize production feasibility and FOB while maintaining quality and design intent.


Your Educational Background: You have completed a degree in Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Textile Science or a comparable qualification.

Your Strengths: You bring 6-8 years of professional experience in technical product development or garment engineering, ideally within sportswear or activewear across men's and women's lines. You're confident working with international suppliers and understand global production processes and timelines.

Your Profile: You combine technical precision with a structured and independent working style. You're proficient in MS Office, Illustrator, and PDM or PLM systems. You communicate fluently in English, Dutch or German is a plus and you approach challenges with initiative, teamwork, and a passion for quality.
