Process Management: You coordinate and manage the entire product development process for one or more product groups within our exclusive brands from the first idea to production release.
Cost Awareness: You keep an eye on calculations, monitor production costs, and identify bundling potentials to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
Strategic Development: You help drive and optimize our procurement processes by introducing standard procedures and continuously improving efficiency and structure.
Operational Excellence: You coordinate and organize sample handling, monitor orders and delivery dates, and ensure smooth communication and management with our suppliers.
Cross-Team Collaboration: You act as a key interface between design, technical product management, purchasing, and our procurement offices and suppliers in Asia and Europe, always keeping everyone aligned and informed.
Your Educational Background: You hold a degree in fashion management, textile technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification that combines analytical and creative thinking.
Your Strengths: You're organized, confident, and bring a strong sense of responsibility. Negotiation skills and assertiveness help You achieve your goals while keeping relationships constructive.
Your Profile: Ideally, You already have initial experience in procurement within menswear or womenswear. You understand procurement markets, production processes, product costs, and qualities in detail. You work confidently with MS Office, and experience with ERP or PDM systems (such as TexDefine) is a plus. A genuine passion for fashion and fluent English complete your profile. Dutch or German is a plus.
