Creative Development: You bring our exclusive brand's vision to life from the first sketch to the final style. You shape and develop collections with a strong sense of design, quality, and innovation.

Inspiring Concepts: You create mood boards, color stories, technical drawings, and style descriptions that capture the essence of each collection.

Design Process: You support every stage of the design journey and work confidently in the PDM system to keep everything organized and on track.

Trend Awareness: You dive into research, explore new trends, and turn them into commercially successful products that excite our customers.

Perfect Fit: You take part in fittings, contribute to comments on samples, and ensure that each piece meets our high standards in fit and workmanship.

Strong Collaboration: You work hand in hand with Technical Product Management, the Collection Manager, and Sourcing Buying because great collections come from great teamwork.


Your Educational Background: You've completed a degree in fashion design, textile design, or a comparable qualification that reflects your creative foundation.

Your Strengths: You're passionate about design, confident in working independently, and keep things organized even when it gets busy. Flexibility and initiative are part of who You are.

Your Profile: You bring experience in designing various women's wear product groups and have a strong sense for trends and target-group-oriented design. You move naturally in the world of social media, work confidently with MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator and ideally already know your way around PDM/PLM systems and knowledge of 3D design tools. Very good English skills complete your profile. Dutch or German is a Plus.
