During the program, you will have the opportunity to work in different areas, primarily within the core finance departments (e.g. Accounting, Group Finance, M&A, Investor Relations, Tax)

In addition, you will complete at least one cross-functional and one international placement

Furthermore, we offer you the chance to gain global insights into E.ON's business, with a focus on topics such as strategy and capital markets across Europe (e.g. Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Romania, Croatia, the United Kingdom)
What we expect from you

You hold an above-average Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Controlling or a comparable field with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a corresponding Master's degree

You are passionate about Finance topics such as Corporate Management, Controlling, Financial Reporting, Risk Management, or Digital Finance Processes

You are fluent in German and English

Ideally, you have gained international experience through study abroad, internships, or voluntary activities

Initial experience with digital technologies in a financial environment as well as working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or other digital finance tools would be an asset

You already bring first relevant knowledge or skills in Accounting, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Treasury

You contribute strong analytical skills and a pronounced affinity for numbers

You work in a self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented manner, which we will continue to develop together
