To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt we are looking with immediate effect for a Sales Solutions Structuring Manager (m/f/d).

- Support selected multinational growth customers and advise them along the entire value chain, including working capital, using the entire GTS product range
- Be responsible for the successful acquisition of new customers as well as the sustainable maintenance and systematic expansion of existing customer relationships and position HSBC as a strategic partner for the customer. In doing so, you will utilize HSBC's global network
- In addition to selling GTS products according to customer needs, you will work with customers to develop new solutions and support customers in their digitalization and sustainability agenda in trade finance
- Act as a conduit of information between sales, operations and product to allow for standard product documentation to be kept up to date
- Support the structuring of complex transactions across borders and currencies using a range of products and operational units
- Originate and share best practice, support the flow of Requests for Proposals, Proposals, and Deal Wins as well as specialized Open Account trainings for the sales and relationship management community
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of customer facing documents and indicative term sheets
- Ensure that all pitch presentation considers the operational and regulatory impact in each geography as appropriate
- A successfully completed degree in economics and/or completed banking training or similar professional training with comparable further qualification
- Several years of experience in solutions structuring in trade finance and deep GTS product understanding: supply chain, receivables finance, traditional trade (Letters of Credit, imp/exp finance) and guarantees is a must
- Working Capital knowledge and keen understanding of end-to-end bank operations, trade finance products and information technology systems as well as the awareness of global economic and political factors and their impact on GTS with the ability to anticipate trends and respond proactively
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment while making material progress with clients and stakeholders across the global HSBC network
- A strong customer and service orientation as well as a confident demeanor in front of costumers and management
- An independent, precise and structured way of working
- Very good English and German language skills
